Carolina Cast Stone Co., Inc. is a family owned and operated business since 1970 .  We are a company that continues to be successful by emphasizing customer satisfaction which translates into customer loyalty.  The owners of our company take a personal, hands-on approach with every client and project.

Carolina Cast Stone Co., Inc. begins every project with our experienced engineering staff transforming the owner’s vision into accurate and precise forms and with registered engineers designing, detailing, and specifying all necessary connections and panel reinforcements to ensure structural integrity.  Our engineer has a BS in Architectural Engineering and MS in Civil engineering. Since 1996, he has had experience engineering and detailing projects from condos to multi-story garages to warehouses to University buildings by coordinating with owners, architects, and general contractors.

At the same time our quality control team is involved in matching the precise color shade and texture required.  Using our 40 years of experience and the highest quality materials, the team determines the exact color requirements and begins to source the raw materials based on the owner’s specifications.

Carolina Cast Stone Co., Inc. monitors the progress of each individual project task through weekly review meetings.  As a result, we are able to consistently complete projects on time and within budget.  Our ongoing commitment to improving work flow has helped significantly improve project efficiency, which in turn saves our clients time and money.

Carolina Cast Stone Co., Inc.’s projects have ranged from $1,000 to $3,500,000.  Working with University, Commercial, and Medical owners and buildings, we have dealt with tight access for cranes and delivery trucks; night shifts and  weekend work in order to not disrupt students, patients, tenants, other trades etc.; and working in inclement weather - whatever it takes to get the project complete.

On-site, our erection crews have been erecting Architectural Precast Concrete since 1970.  Their experience in erection includes small trim projects to 20 plus story buildings.

Carolina Cast Stone Co., Inc. continuously works to recycle material used during production using Lean Manufacturing protocol.  Our safety program is overseen by our Safety Director who has 30 hour Construction Safety OSHA certification and first aid and CPR certification.  We recently completed the OSHA Voluntary Consultation inspect program.  Carolina Cast Stone Co., Inc.  makes every effort to use minority and disadvantaged business subcontractors.
